Adar Friedmann
Adar Friedmann (Hebrew: אדר פרידמן; born 18 July 2006) is an Israeli rhythmic gymnast. She won gold in the group All-Around at the 2022 European Championship and silver in the same category at the 2022 World Championships. Personal life Friedmann took up gymnastics at age seven, she stated that: "personally, I have always loved gymnastics. Not everyone can reach a high level, it's very special". Adar's main ambition is to compete at the 2024 Olympic Games. Her idol is Israeli rhythmic gymnast Linoy Ashram. Career In 2022 Friedmann was named part of Israel's new national group, training for most of the day, which is more than 10 hours, thinking that they have to go to training and work harder than yesterday. The 2022 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics is a series of competitions officially organized and promoted by the International Gymnastics Federation. Formats On February 26, 2022, the International Gymnastics Federation cancelled all events scheduled to take place in Russia and Belarus due to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. The Moscow World Challenge Cup, originally planned for 19–21 August and the Minsk World Challenge Cup, originally planned for 2–4 September, were affected by this decision and removed from the FIG calendar. Adi Asia Katz ( he, עדי כץ; born 31 March 2004) is an Israeli rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2022 European bronze medallist in Ribbon, and Team Bronze medallist. As a Junior, She was the 2019 Junior World silver medalist with Ribbon and bronze medalist with Clubs. Career Junior She competed at the 2018 Junior European Championships in Guadalajara, Spain, where she placed 41st in Hoop Qualifications and 8th in Ribbon Qualifications. Next day, she improved her result with Ribbon, when she placed 5th in the final. A year later, she took part in the 2019 Junior World Championships as a part of Israeli team, which won bronze medal in Team ranking. Daria Atamanov ( he, דריה אטמנוב; born December 6, 2005) is an Israeli individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2022 European All-Around Champion, Silver medallist in Hoop, Clubs, Ribbon, and Team Bronze medallist. Ofir Shaham (Hebrew: אופיר שחם, born 23 November 2004) is an Israeli rhythmic gymnast. Portimão () is a city and a municipality in the district of Faro, in the Algarve region of southern Portugal. The population in 2011 was 55,614, in an area of 182.06 km2.
