Antonio Adán
Antonio Adán Garrido (; born 13 May 1987) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Primeira Liga club Sporting CP. A youth product of Real Madrid, where he acted mainly as a backup, he spent most of his career with Betis. He totalled 129 La Liga matches for those two clubs, as well as Atlético Madrid for whom he signed in 2018. Abroad, he featured for Cagliari in Serie A, and won a Primeira Liga title with Sporting CP. All youth levels comprised, Adán won 39 caps for Spain. Club career Real Madrid A Real Madrid youth graduate, Madrid-born Adán was the first-choice goalkeeper for its C side in the 2005–06 season, playing 36 games and conceding 29 goals. José Carlos Adán
José Carlos Adán Arias (born 22 July 1967, in Vigo) is a retired Spanish long-distance runner who specialized in cross-country running. He was twice a team bronze medallist at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships and his highest individual placing was 18th, achieved in 1995. In total, he made twelve appearances at the competition, from 1986 to 2002. He also represented his country at the 1993 World Championships in Athletics, placing 16th in the 10,000 metres, and at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, being eliminated in the 10,000 m heats. He twice competed at the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships (1997 and 2001). Adán placed in the top seven at the European Cross Country Championships on three occasions, his best finish of fourth coming in 1994. José Pérez Adán
José Pérez Adán (born 1952 in Cartagena, Spain) is a Spanish sociologist. He holds a teaching and research position in Sociology at the University of Valencia (Spain). He is a charter member of the Valencian Institute of Fertility, Sexuality and Family Relations (IVAF) and of the Inter-American Foundation for Science and Life. He is a co-founder and board member of the Latin-American Association of Communitarianism (AIC). He presides over the Spanish chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Socioeconomics, and is general coordinator of the Free International University of the Americas (ULIA). He does research and teaches on Socioeconomics, Communitarianism, Family Relations, and Environmental Studies, and is the principal Spanish language popularizer of the thought of Amitai Etzioni. Martín Adán
Martín Adán (Lima, October 27, 1908 - January 29, 1985), pseudonym of Rafael de la Fuente Benavides, was a Peruvian poet whose body of work is notable for its hermeticism and metaphysical depth. From a very young age Adán demonstrated great literary talent (talent he shared with classmates Emilio Adolfo Westphalen ( ES) and Estuardo Núñez ( ES)). As time passed, he lived with increasing economic difficulty and suffered from serious alcoholism. A good part of his final years were spent in sanitariums, until his death in 1985. The American Beat poet Allen Ginsberg showed interest in Adán's work and in the writer himself. Muhammad Shukor bin Adan (born 24 September 1979 in Malacca) is a former Malaysian professional footballer. He played for many teams in Malaysian Football League such as Selangor FC and also Negeri Sembilan FA. He plays mainly as a defensive midfielder but can also play as a centre back if he successfully arches. Shukor is the former captain of the Selangor team.
