Adam Ryan Dawson (born 5 October 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger for Nantwich Town. Club career Early career Born and raised in Bury, he attended Derby High School in the town. Dawson joined Liverpool from Bury at the age of 14 for a reported £100,000, having turned down an offer from Manchester City. Dawson spent two years back at Bury after being released by Liverpool but was then released on completion of his scholarship due to mutual consent. Wigan Athletic In June 2011, Dawson signed his first professional contract with Premier League side Wigan Athletic, a one-year deal, following a successful trial. In the summer of 2012, Dawson was offered a new month-to-month contract. In August 2012, he joined Football League Two side Accrington Stanley on loan along with Ryan Watson. Bury ( ) is a market town on the River Irwell in Greater Manchester, England. Metropolitan Borough of Bury is administered from the town, which had an estimated population of 78,723 in 2015. Ryan James Watson (born 7 July 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Salford City. Career Wigan Athletic After an initial spell with the academy of Everton, Watson joined the academy of Wigan Athletic in 2010. He signed professional terms in 2011 and played for the team's development squad throughout the 2011–12 season. Derby High School or "The Derby" as it is known locally, is a secondary school, located on Radcliffe Road, Bury, Greater Manchester, England. It opened in September 1959 as the Derby Grammar School, a new school that offered both a grammar and a technical education. Some of the pupils moved from Bury High School, a Grammar School on nearby Parliament Street, which closed when the Derby opened. They had gone there having passed the Eleven Plus examination. Other pupils came from Bury Junior Technical School having attended that school from the age of 13 years. The school was formed by merging those two schools into a grammar-technical school.
