Namibian Stock Exchange
The Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) ( af, Namibiese Effektebeurs; german: Börse Namibia) is the only stock exchange in Namibia. Based in Windhoek, it is one of the largest stock exchanges on the African continent. It has a partnership with JSE in neighbouring South Africa. The NSX is only open on weekdays, and trades continuously from 09:00 to 17:00 (WAT), excluding public holidays. The stock exchange operates under a license from the Namibian non banking financial regulator NAMFISA. The stock exchange is regulated by the ''Stock Exchanges Control Act'' (1985 and 1992). The National Stock Exchange (NSX) is an electronic stock exchange based in Jersey City, New Jersey. It was founded March 1885 in Cincinnati, Ohio, as the Cincinnati Stock Exchange. In 1995, it moved headquarters to Chicago, Illinois, and it was renamed the National Stock Exchange in 2003. After demutualizing in 2006, it moved headquarters to Jersey City. In 2011, CBOE Stock Exchange acquired the National Stock Exchange, with both exchanges operating under separate names. The NSX ceased trading operations on February 1, 2017, when it was acquired by the New York Stock Exchange, with plans to re-open trading at an unknown time. It is owned and operated by NSX Limited, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange on 13 January 2005. Neon Swing X-perience (NSX) was founded in 1998 by Mike Urick (trumpet/vocalist) near Jeannette, Pennsylvania. Honda NSX
The Honda NSX, marketed in North America as the Acura NSX, is a two-seat, mid-engined coupe sports car manufactured by Honda. The origins of the NSX trace back to 1984, with the HP-X (Honda Pininfarina eXperimental) concept, which was a mid-engine 3.0 L V6 engine rear wheel drive sports car. Honda committed to the project, with the intention of meeting or exceeding the performance of the then V8 engine Ferrari range, while offering reliability and a lower price point. The concept thus evolved and had its name changed to NS-X, which stood for "New", "Sportscar" "eXperimental", although the production model was launched as the NSX. Gordon Murray, the designer of the McLaren F1 supercar, stated that he used the NSX as the inspiration for the F1 after test driving many high performance cars and finding the NSX chassis performed the best. A Post Office sorting van is a type of rail vehicle built for use in a Travelling Post Office. British Rail built ninety-six of these vehicles between 1959 and 1977, to several similar designs, all based on the Mark 1 coach design. They were numbered in the range 80300–80395.
