Actinote Conspicua
''Actinote'' is a genus of butterflies from South America of the subfamily Heliconiinae in the family Nymphalidae. (For taxonomic problems regarding this group, see ''Acraea''.) Males interact with or without physical contact to contest the possession of mating sites.
