Acta Linguistica Hungarica
''Acta Linguistica Academica'' is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal published by Akadémiai Kiadó (Budapest, Hungary). It covers research on all aspects of linguistics, including socio- and psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, discourse analysis, the philosophy of language, language typology, and formal semantics. It was formerly published as ''Acta Linguistica Hungarica'' and ''Acta Linguistica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae'', obtaining its current name in 2017. The editor-in-chief is András Cser ( Pázmány Péter Catholic University). The journal was established in 1951. The impact factor (IF) or journal impact factor (JIF) of an academic journal is a scientometric index calculated by Clarivate that reflects the yearly mean number of citations of articles published in the last two years in a given journal, as indexed by Clarivate's Web of Science. Scopus is Elsevier's abstract and citation database launched in 2004. Scopus covers nearly 36,377 titles (22,794 active titles and 13,583 inactive titles) from approximately 11,678 publishers, of which 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences and health sciences. It covers three types of sources: book series, journals, and trade journals.
