Acmispon Parviflorus
''Acmispon parviflorus'', synonym ''Lotus micranthus'', is a species of legume. It is known by the common name desert deervetch. It is native to western North America from British Columbia to southern California, where it is known from many types of habitat. It is a hairy to hairless annual herb lined with leaves each made up of small oval leaflets. Solitary flowers appear in the leaf axils. The Faboideae are a subfamily of the flowering plant family Fabaceae or Leguminosae. An acceptable alternative name for the subfamily is Papilionoideae, or Papilionaceae when this group of plants is treated as a family. Plants of the World Online (POWO) is an online database published by the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. It was launched in March 2017 with the ultimate aim being "to enable users to access information on all the world's known seed-bearing plants by 2020".
