Joanne Ruth Charlotte Accom (born 13 November 1978), mononymously known as Joanne, is an Australian singer-songwriter. Career Joanne's first single, "Jackie (Elisa Fiorillo song), Jackie", was released in late 1998. It reached No. 3 on the ARIA Charts, and became the highest selling single in Australia by an Australian artist during the 12-month period of eligibility for the 1999 ARIA Music Awards. For "Jackie", Joanne was credited as B.Z. featuring Joanne or Joanne/BZ, referring to the original performers of the song, Blue Zone (band), Blue Zone. She released the singles "Pack Your Bags (song), Pack Your Bags" and "Are You Ready (Joanne song), Are You Ready" in 1999. Her next release was featuring on the track "Breakin' There's No Stoppin' Us (song), Breakin' There's No Stoppin' Us" by Ilanda for ''The Wog Boy, The Wog Boy Movie'' in 2000. Ilanda
Ilanda were an Australian-based vocal harmony and dance group which formed in 1991 as Past to Present. Initially a four-piece, with Leighton Hema, Frank Laga'aia, Lennie Keller and his brother, Norman Keller. They are all New Zealand-born, though their heritage is Samoan. Past to Present teamed with Peter Andre to feature on his single, "Get Down on It" (February 1996), which peaked at No. 5 on the ARIA Singles Chart and No. 1 on the New Zealand Singles Chart. When Hema left the group in 1998 they went into hiatus for a year and reconvened as a three-piece under the name, Ilanda, which had three top 40 Australian singles.
