Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy
The Abu Dhabi T20 Trophy was a 20-over cricket franchise tournament held in the United Arab Emirates. It took place between 4 and 6 October 2018 at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium. Six franchise teams took part in the first edition. The International Cricket Council (ICC) sanctioned the competition in June 2018. Lahore Qalandars qualified for the final after winning both their games in Group A. The Titans from South Africa also qualified for the final after winning both their games in Group B. Lahore Qalandars won the title, after beating Titans by fifteen runs in the final. Twenty20
Twenty20 (T20) is a shortened game format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the inter-county competition. In a Twenty20 game, the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of 20 overs. Together with first-class and List A cricket, Twenty20 is one of the three current forms of cricket recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as being at the highest international or domestic level. A typical Twenty20 game is completed in about two and a half hours, with each innings lasting around 70 minutes and an official 10-minute break between the innings. This is much shorter than previous forms of the game, and is closer to the timespan of other popular team sports. Yorkshire County Cricket Club is one of 18 first-class county clubs within the domestic cricket structure of England and Wales. It represents the historic county of Yorkshire. Yorkshire are the most successful team in English cricketing history with 33 County Championship titles, including one shared. Michael Guptill-Bunce (born 7 April 1989) is a New Zealand cricketer who plays for Auckland. He made his Twenty20 debut for Auckland on 4 December 2016 in the 2016–17 Super Smash. The captain of a cricket team, often referred to as the skipper, is the appointed leader, having several additional roles and responsibilities over and above those of the other players. Craig Cachopa
Craig Cachopa (born 17 January 1992) is a retired South African-born New Zealand cricketer who played for Sussex in English county cricket and Auckland and Wellington at New Zealand domestic level. Cachopa was born in Welkom, in what is now South Africa's Free State province. His family emigrated to New Zealand in 2002, and he and two older brothers, Carl (born 1986) and Bradley Cachopa (born 1988), have all played first-class cricket in New Zealand.
