Abhijith Kollam
Abhijith Vijayan, popularly known as Abhijith Kollam is an Indian playback singer, popular in Malayalam movie industry. He was born in Kollam, Kerala. Abhijith has recorded songs for more than 12 Malayalam movies and few Malayalam devotional albums. He won the Pravasi Express award for the Best Singer in the year 2018. In March 2020, Abhijith married actress Vismaya Sree at Kollam. The resemblance of his voice to that of famous singer K. J. Yesudas caused to lost him out the Kerala State Film Awards for the Best Singer in the year 2018. Kollam district (), (formerly Quilon district) is one of 14 districts of the state of Kerala, India. Kaithapram Vishwanathan Namboothiri (1963 – 29 December 2021) was an Indian musician and music director. He was awarded Kerala State Film Award for Best Background Music in 2001 for his background music for Kannaki. Life and career Viswanathan was born in Kaithapram village in Payyanur Taluk of Kannur district in 1963 to Kannadi Kesavan Namboothiri (A Carnatic musician and a disciple of Chembai Vaidyanatha Bhagavathar) and Adithi Antharjanam as their youngest child. His eldest brother, Kaithapram Damodaran Namboothiri, is a lyricist and a poet. An alumnus of Thiruvananthapuram Music College, Nambudiri handled the orchestra for his brother's songs in Jayaraj's Desadanam. He made his debut with Kaliyattam, directed by Jayaraj.
