The Aberystwyth & District Football League (known as the ''Cynghrair Cambrian Tyres Aberystwyth League'') is a football league in Mid Wales, sitting at the fifth level of the Welsh football league system. The league hosts several cup competitions: J. Emrys Morgan Cup, Dai 'Dynamo' Davies Cup, League Cup, Len & Julie Newman Memorial Trophy, Second Division Trophy and Consolation Cup. Teams promoted from Division One can enter the Mid Wales League if standards and facilities fell into line with the regulations of the Mid Wales League. The Central Wales Football League ''(formerly the Mid Wales Football League)'' is a football league in Wales at tier 4 of the Welsh Football pyramid, run by the Central Wales Football Association. The league consists of two regionally based divisions - a North Division and a South Division. The league offers a promotion route to the Football Association of Wales administered Tier 3 Ardal Leagues. Relegation is possible to the relevant tier 5 level leagues in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Mid Wales South and Powys. Dolgellau () is a town and community in Gwynedd, north-west Wales, lying on the River Wnion, a tributary of the River Mawddach. It was the traditional county town of the historic county of Merionethshire ( cy, Meirionnydd, Sir Feirionnydd) until the county of Gwynedd was created in 1974. Dolgellau is the main base for climbers of Cadair Idris and Mynydd Moel which are visible from the town. Dolgellau is the second largest settlement in southern Gwynedd after Tywyn and includes the community of Penmaenpool. Aberystwyth () is a university and seaside town as well as a community in Ceredigion, Wales. Located in the historic county of Cardiganshire, means "the mouth of the Ystwyth". Aberystwyth University has been a major educational location in Wales since the establishment of University College Wales in 1872. Penrhyn-coch is a small Wales, Welsh village, in the community of Trefeurig, Ceredigion, located between the Afon Stewi and Nant Seilo rivers, close to where they merge into the Afon Clarach. The Welsh football league system (or pyramid) is a series of football leagues with regular promotion and relegation between them. While most Welsh clubs play in the Welsh pyramid and most clubs in that pyramid are Welsh, five Welsh clubs play in England, and four English clubs play in Wales.
