Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (Bahrain)
The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs was established in 1971 by an Amiri Decree which also defined its duties and responsibilities and was followed in the same year by Amiri Decree No. (4) for the Year 1971 Regulating the Diplomatic and Consular Corps. Under the decree, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs assumed the responsibility of coordinating and implementing all matters related to the state's foreign policy and its international relations with other countries and international organizations as well as looking after and protecting the interests of Bahraini citizens abroad. Bahrain Defence Force
The Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) is the military force of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Bahrain Defence Force is under direct command and leadership of a commander-in-chief who holds the rank of field marshal. The Government has a Minister of Defence Affairs responsible of BDF representation in the Cabinet. It numbers about 18,000 personnel and consists of the Royal Bahraini Air Force, Royal Bahraini Army, Royal Bahraini Navy and the Royal Guard. Apart from the BDF, the public security forces and the Coast Guard report to the Ministry of Interior. White House
The White House is the official residence and workplace of the president of the United States. It is located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C., and has been the residence of every U.S. president since John Adams in 1800. The term "White House" is often used as a metonym for the president and his advisers. The residence was designed by Irish-born architect James Hoban in the neoclassical style. Hoban modelled the building on Leinster House in Dublin, a building which today houses the Oireachtas, the Irish legislature. The ''Gulf Daily News'' (''GDN'') is an English-language local newspaper published in the Kingdom of Bahrain by Al Hilal Group. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Mutawa (born September 1947) is a Bahraini politician, who served at different cabinet posts. Early life and education Mutawa was born in September 1947. He received degrees in philosophy, psychology, and social sciences from the University of Alexandria. Career In 1972, Mutawa started his career as the head of youth activities at the then-labor and social affairs ministry. In 1974, he began to serve at the prime minister's office. In 1977, he was appointed executive director of the office and in office until 1993. He served as the minister of cabinet affairs from 1993 to 2005. Arabian Gulf University is a university in the city of Manama, in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
