Abdul Latif Mansur
Mulla Abdul Latif Mansur ( ; born 1968) is an Afghan senior leader of the Taliban and current Minister of Energy and Water since 7 September 2021. He is also a central member of the negotiation team in the Qatar office. He previously served as Minister of Agriculture, member of the Taliban Supreme Council, commander in eastern Afghanistan and shadow governor of Nangarhar Province in the previous Taliban government (1996–2001). Early life Mansur was born in 1968 in the Gerda Serai District, Paktia Province. He is a nephew of Commander Nasrullah Mansoor and belongs to the Ghilzai tribe. He spent most of his life in Pakistan, where he completed his Islamic studies at the Darul Uloom Haqqania in Akora Khattak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. Taliban In Qatar
Senior leaders of the Afghan Taliban have been stationed in Doha, Qatar, since the early 2010s. The original purpose for being there was to open an office that would facilitate political reconciliation between the Taliban, the government of Afghanistan, the United States and other countries. After the Taliban office building opened in 2013, peace negotiations were suspended following objections by the Afghan government that the office was being presented as the embassy of a government in exile. Qari Din Mohammad Hanif ( ; born 1955) is an Afghanistan, Afghan Taliban leader and the Ministry of Economy (Afghanistan), minister of economy. He is also a member of the Taliban Supreme Council and member of the negotiation team in the Taliban's Taliban in Qatar, Qatar office. Darul Uloom Haqqania
Darul Uloom Haqqania or Jamia Dar al-Ulum Haqqania ( ur, ) is an Islamic Seminary (darul uloom or madrasa) in the town of Akora Khattak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, northwestern Pakistan. The seminary propagates the Hanafi Deobandi school of Sunni Islam. It was founded by Maulana Abdul Haq along the lines of the Darul Uloom Deoband seminary in India, where he had taught. Ghilzai
The Ghiljī ( ps, غلجي, ; fa, خیلجی, Xelji) also spelled Khilji, Khalji, or Ghilzai or Ghilzay (), are one of the largest Pashtun tribes.
