Abdul Hadi Abdul Hamid
Abdul Hadi bin Abdul Hamid @ Hamid (born 25 February 1987, Kuala Kedah) is a Malaysian footballer who last plays for Kedah as a goalkeeper. Club career Hadi, who is a football silver medalist of SUKMA 2006 has been promoted to the senior squad after Kedah coach Azraai Khor brought him in as backup for current number one goalkeeper Helmi Eliza. Azraai was forced to bring another goalkeeper after Megat Amir Faisal Al Khalidi Ibrahim left the club to join Selangor. He also a former member of Malaysia U-20 squad in 2005 until 2006. A long time admirer of Superman character made his first team debut for Kedah in a Malaysia Super League match against Perak on 3 January 2007 after Helmi Eliza has been sent off which Kedah won the match with 4–3 result at their own ground, Darulaman Stadium. Kuala Kedah
Kuala Kedah is a mukim and parliamentary constituency in Kota Setar District, Kedah, Malaysia. It is a fishing port, located at the mouth of the Kedah River, and serves as a terminus for ferries to the tourist island of Langkawi. It is home to a fort, Kota Kuala Kedah. Kuala Kedah is accessible by bus or taxi from Alor Setar. History The fort was built in 1782 to replace an old fort, a stockade, which was existence in 1611 (then known as Kota Kuala Bahang). Later in that year the Portuguese Admiral Furtado "destroyed the town and fort of Kedah with fire and sword". The fort was rebuilt, but destroyed a second time when Sultan Iskandar Muda of Aceh sacked Kedah in 1619, destroying its pepper plantations so that they could not rival his own. After the Acehnese withdrew, another fort was built with thin walls of brick. In its shadow, between 1654 and 1657 the Dutch possessed a factory for trade with Kedah. Baddrol bin Bakhtiar (born 1 February 1988) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays for Malaysia Super League club Sabah FC and former squad of Malaysia national team. Baddrol is usually employed in the right side of the midfield role, although he has often been deployed as a left-sided midfielder. He is also a former member of Malaysia U-23 and Malaysia U-20 squad. He is regarded as the best player in right position in Malaysia. He spend most of his club career with Kedah Darul Aman (formerly known as Kedah FA) starting from 2005 until end of 2021, before signing for Sabah FC in 1 December 2021 as a free transfer.
