Abdul Aziz Humaid Mubarak Al-Muqbali ( ar, عبد العزيز بن حميد المقبالي; born 23 April 1989), commonly known as Abdulaziz Al-Muqbali, is an Omani Association football, footballer who plays for Al-Seeb Club, Al-Seeb. Club career On 26 July 2012, he signed a one-year contract with Al-Shabab Club (Oman), Al-Shabab Club. On 11 January 2013, he signed a six-months contract with Saudi Professional League club Al-Taawon FC. 2012–13 Oman Elite League
The 2012–13 Oman Elite League (known as the ''Omantel Elite League'' for sponsorship reasons) was the 37th edition of the top football league in Oman. It began on 4 October 2012 and was scheduled to finish on 19 May 2013, but for the second season running, the league title had to be decided by a playoff. Fanja SC were the defending champions, having won the previous 2011–12 Elite League season. On Wednesday, 22 May 2013, Al-Suwaiq Club won the Championship Final match against Fanja 3–1 and emerged as the champions of the 2012–13 Oman Elite League. Qatari Second Division
The Qatari Second Division ( ar, دوري الدرجة الثانية القطري), QSD or Second Division League, also was known as Qatargas League due to sponsorship reasons, is the second tier of football league competition in Qatar. Contested by 8 teams, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Qatar Stars League (QSL). Seasons of the QSD run from September to April. The Oman Professional League ( ar, دوري المحترفين عمان; known as the ''Omantel Professional League'' for sponsorship reasons), previously known as the Omantel Elite League, is the top division of the Oman Football Association, and was officially created in 1976. Currently the most successful team in the league is Dhofar with a total of eleven titles to their name. Evolution to a professional league In 2010, during the annual draw for the Sultan Qaboos Cup, Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman, granted the OFA an annual 2.6 million rial (approximately 6.7 million dollars) till the year 2015 to further boost the development of the league. The Kuwait Premier League (), known as STC Premier League due to sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Kuwait football pyramid system. The 2012–13 Saudi Professional League (known as the Zain Professional League for sponsorship reasons) was the 37th season of the Saudi Professional League, the top Saudi professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1976.
