Abdollah Veisi
Abdollah Veisi ( fa, عبدالله ویسی, born 22 March 1971 in Ramhormoz, Khuzestan Province) is an Iranian retired football player and manager, who is currently manager of Foolad in Persian Gulf Pro League. Playing career Veisi spent the Azadegan League 1999–2000 season and the Azadegan League 2000–01 playing for Sepahan, scoring two goals. In the following season, he transferred to Foolad. Managerial career Early years In mid-2006, Veisi became assistant coach of Foolad. After the departure of Mohammad Mayeli Kohan, Veisi was appointed the manager of Foolad for the remainder of the season. He was soon replaced by Nenad Nikolić, in a season which saw Foolad relegated to the Azadegan League. Ramhormoz
Ramhormoz ( fa, ) is the capital city of Ramhormoz County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. In ancient times it had been known as ''Samangan'', having been established by the Sassanid king Hormizd I, although an Elamite tomb has been found as well. Azadegan League
The Azadegan League ( fa, ليگ آزادگان, ''Lig-e Âzâdegân''), also known as League 1 ( fa, لیگ یک, ''Lig-e Yek''), is the second highest division of professional football in Iran. It was the top-level football league in Iran from its foundation in 1991 until 2001, when the Persian Gulf Pro League was established. Each year, the top finishing teams in the Azadegan League are promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League, and the lowest finishing teams are relegated to League 2. Since 2016, the league comprises 18 teams. The winner and the runner-up of the Azadegan League are automatically promoted to the Persian Gulf Pro League. The 2006–07 Persian Gulf Cup (also known as Iran Pro League) was the 24th season of Iran's Football League and sixth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. Mohammad Mayeli Kohan ( fa, محمد مایلی کهن, born 5 June 1953) is a retired Iranian football player and a current coach. He recently managed Malavan in Azadegan League. Early life He was born on 5 June 1953 in Bandar-e Anzali in Iran. His father was a farmer. He has two brothers and one sister.
