Abdollah Jassbi
Abdollah Jafarali Jassbi (born 25 November 1944) is an Iranian academic and politician who was president of Azad University from the establishment of the university in 1982 until his resignation in 2012. He was also a presidential candidate in 1993 and 2001. Early life He was born on 25 November 1944 in Tehran, Iran. He went to E'tezad School at the age of 7 and complete his six years high school period in Tehran. He has B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, an MSc in Industrial Management and a PhD in Management of Production & Technology, both from Aston University, United Kingdom.Personal Web page

Abdollah Hedayat
Abdollah Hedayat (1899–1968) was an army officer who served as the chief of general staff at the Imperial Iran Army. Early life and education Hedayat was born in 1899 and was the son of Gholam Reza Hedayat, also known as Mokhber Al Dawlah. He graduated from the Nizam School of Mushir Al Dawlah, and studied military science in France receiving a degree from the War University. Career Following graduation Hedayat joined the Imperial Army and also, taught at Tehran University of War. From 26 June 1950 to 11 March 1951 he served as the minister of war in the cabinet of Prime Minister Haj Ali Razmara. On 7 September 1953 he was named the minister of national defense to the cabinet led by Prime Minister Fazlollah Zahedi. On 1955 Hedayat was appointed chief of the supreme commander's staff and became the first military officer to hold this title. Abdollah Movahed
Abdollah Movahed ( fa, عبدالله موحد , born March 20, 1940) is a retired Iranian lightweight freestyle wrestler. He competed at the 1964, 1968 and 1972 Olympics and won a gold medal in 1968. He served as flag bearer for Iran at the Opening Ceremony of the 1970 Asian Games, and won a gold medal a few days later. Family Movahed's father was a teacher who moved from Ardabil to Babolsar during the reign of Reza Shah. He later changed his name from Mojtaba Fazlizadeh to Mojtaba Movahed Ardebili, and married a woman from Bandar-e Anzali. They had three daughters and six sons, first being born in 1926. Mojtaba died in 1944, and the elder brothers became heads of the family and looked after young Abdollah. Around 1957, they moved the family to Tehran. Abdollah Noori ( fa, عبدالله نوری ) is an Iranian cleric and reformist politician. Despite his "long history of service to the Islamic Republic," he became the most senior Islamic politician to be sentenced to prison since the Iranian Revolution, when he was sentenced to five years in prison for political and religious dissent in 1999. Abdollah Shahbazi ( fa, عبدالله شهبازی; born 1955 in Shiraz, Iran) is an Iranian historian. Background Shahbazi graduated from the department of Social Sciences at The University of Tehran and became active in areas of political and historical research during the 1980s. He founded The Political Studies and Research Institute in 1988, and for a decade was in charge of its research activities. In 1995, he reorganized the document center of Iran's "Bonyad" into a professional historical institute, The Institute for Iranian Contemporary Historical Studies.
