Abbie Fleming
Abbie Fleming (born 31 March 1996) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays flanker for the Wales women's national rugby union team and lock for Exeter Chiefs in the Premier 15s. She made her international debut for Wales against Spain in 2019. Rugby career Club career Fleming began playing rugby at the age of 12. Following a move to Wales from her hometown of Exeter she played for Llandaff North RFC and then Cardiff Blues in Welsh regional rugby, captaining the side in the summer of 2019. She joined Exeter Chiefs in 2020. International career Fleming won her first cap against Spain in the 2019 Autumn Internationals and subsequently represented Wales at the 2021 Six Nations Championship. She has also played against the Barbarians at the Principality Stadium. In January 2022, She was one of 31 Welsh players who have received full-time contracts. Exeter
Exeter () is a city in Devon, South West England. It is situated on the River Exe, approximately northeast of Plymouth and southwest of Bristol. 2021 Rugby World Cup
The 2021 Rugby World Cup was the ninth staging of the women's Rugby World Cup, as organised by World Rugby. It was held from 8 October to 12 November 2022 in Auckland and Whangārei, New Zealand. It was originally scheduled to be held in 2021, but was postponed by one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the first women's Rugby World Cup to be hosted by New Zealand, and by a country in the Southern Hemisphere. New Zealand were also the defending champions. The tournament introduced changes such as replacement of classification play-offs in the knockout stage with quarter-finals, and a longer scheduling window with at least five days between matches. The Princess of Wales Hospital ( cy, Ysbyty Tywysoges Cymru) is a district general hospital in Bridgend, Wales. It is managed by Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
