Julio César Abatte is an Argentine former footballer who played as a midfielder for clubs in Chile. He was born in Mendoza. Abatte was a key figure in Rangers de Talca's squad as they turned professional and achieved promotion to the Chilean top division. He scored a goal in the club's Chilean Primera División debut as Rangers won 4–3 against Club Deportivo Universidad Católica in May 1953. Abatte Barihun ( he, אבטה בריהון, born 1967) is an Israeli jazz saxophonist and composer. His sound is reminiscent of John Coltrane's, who has highly influenced Barihun. Early life and career (1967–1999) Barihun was born in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia to a Jewish family. His house resided next to the music school of Addis Ababa University, as well as a nearby military base. Young Barihun fell for the march sound of the saxophones and other wind instruments emerging from the neighbouring military brass band. State motorcyclists' rights organizations (SMROs) exist in about 32 US states, 25 of which call themselves "ABATE of (state name)," the rest going by various other names. SMROs advocate for the motorcycle rider and freedom on the road. In the motorcycling world, that generally means they oppose mandatory helmet laws, restrictions on handlebar heights and the profiling of motorcycle riders. Instead ABATE encourages riders to safely ride their motorcycle how it is set up and actively promotes greater public awareness of motorcyclist and traffic safety issues.
