Aaron Sorochan
Aaron Sorochan (born April 17, 1984) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey goaltender who played for the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey league (AHL). He was awarded the Clare Drake Award and named the CIS Rookie of the Year for his outstanding play during the 2005-06 season. Prior to turning professional, Sorochan played five seasons of major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League before he attended the University of Alberta, where he played four seasons with the Alberta Golden Bears men's ice hockey team. Sorochan was in the net as he led the Golden Bears to win the CIS national championship in 2008. American Hockey League
The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary Minor league#Ice hockey, developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL). Since the 2010–11 AHL season, 2010–11 season, every team in the league has an affiliation agreement with one NHL team. When NHL teams do not have an AHL affiliate, players are assigned to AHL teams affiliated with other NHL teams. Twenty-six AHL teams are located in the United States and the remaining six are in Canada. The league offices are located in Springfield, Massachusetts, and its current president is Scott Howson. The New Jersey Devils are a professional sports, professional ice hockey team based in Newark, New Jersey. The Devils compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Metropolitan Division in the Eastern Conference (NHL), Eastern Conference. 2004-05 WHL Season
A coxless four is a rowing boat used in the sport of competitive rowing. It is designed for four persons who propel the boat with sweep oars, without a coxswain. The crew consists of four rowers, each having one oar. There are two rowers on the stroke side (rower's right hand side) and two on the bow side (rower's lefthand side). There is no coxswain, but the rudder is controlled by one of the crew, normally with the rudder cable attached to the toe of one of their shoes which can pivot about the ball of the foot, moving the cable left or right.
