Aaron Miles (basketball)
Aaron Marquez Miles (born April 13, 1983) is an American basketball coach and former player currently working as an assistant coach for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Kansas Jayhawks and had a brief stint in the National Basketball Association (NBA) with the Golden State Warriors. Standing at , he played at the point guard position. Miles was previously an assistant coach for the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles and a head coach for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA G League. In 2019, he was hired as a player development coach with the Golden State Warriors. High school career Miles played for the Jefferson Democrats in northeast Portland. Thomas Gardner (basketball)
Thomas Earl Gardner (born February 8, 1985) is an American professional basketball player who played briefly in the National Basketball Association (NBA). A 6'5" (1.96 m) guard, Gardner played three seasons of college basketball at the University of Missouri. He was named to the All-Big 12 Third Team in 2006 after averaging 19.7 points per game in 28 games. After college, he played professionally in Belgium. Gardner made his NBA debut with the Chicago Bulls on November 15, 2007, scoring two points in five minutes against the Phoenix Suns. McDonald's All American
The McDonald's All-American Game is the all-star basketball game played each year for American and Canadian boys' and girls' high school basketball graduates. Consisting of the top players, each team plays a single exhibition game after the conclusion of the high-school basketball season, in an East vs. West format. As part of the annual event, boys and girls compete in a slam dunk contest and a three-point shooting competition, and compete alongside All-American Game alumni in a timed team shootout. The ''Parade'' All-America Boys Basketball Team was an annual selection by ''Parade'' that nationally honored the top high school boys' basketball players in the United States. It was part of the ''Parade'' All-American series that originated with boys basketball before branching to other sports. Started by the Sunday magazine in 1957, it had been the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country at the time of its final selections in 2015.
