Aaron Comrie
Aaron Comrie (born 3 February 1997) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays for as a right-back for Dunfermline Athletic. Comrie previously played for St Johnstone, and had loan spells with Montrose and Peterhead. Career Comrie began his career in the youth setup at Celtic joining aged nine, making his way up to under-17 level at which point he was released. Following his release by Celtic, Comrie signed for St Johnstone in February 2015. In December 2015, Comrie moved on loan to Montrose initially for one month, then the deal was extended for the remainder of the season. On 25 August 2016, Comrie made his debut for St Johnstone, coming on as a substitute in the first minute following an injury to Richard Foster away to Hamilton Academical, earning praise afterwards from manager Tommy Wright. Scottish Premiership
The Scottish Premiership, known as the cinch Premiership for sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish Premiership was established in July 2013, after the SPFL was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. 2020–21 Scottish Championship
The 2020–21 Scottish Championship was the eighth season of the Scottish Championship, the second tier of Scottish football. Ten teams contested the league: Alloa Athletic, Arbroath, Ayr United, Dundee, Dunfermline Athletic, Greenock Morton, Heart of Midlothian, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Queen of the South and Raith Rovers. In June 2020, eight of the ten clubs voted in favour of shortening the season from the usual 36 games to 27 (playing each other three instead of four times), with the season starting on 16 October 2020. The Scottish League Two, known as cinch League Two for sponsorship reasons, is the fourth tier of the Scottish Professional Football League, the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish League Two was established in July 2013, after the Scottish Professional Football League was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. Since the 2014–15 season, the bottom team has entered a play-off against the winner of a play-off between the winners of the Highland and Lowland Leagues for a place in the following season's competition.
