Aaron Bentley
Aaron Stuart James Bentley (born 8 November 1995) is an English footballer who plays as a central defender for Plymouth Parkway. Career Bentley joined Plymouth Argyle's youth setup relatively late in 2010, after playing for local youth club Tamerton Foliot FC, ran by his father Chris. He signed a one-year professional deal in June 2014, being promoted to the main squad. On 20 December 2014 Bentley made his professional debut, starting in a 3–0 home win against Dagenham & Redbridge for the League Two club. Just days later on 28 December 2014, with it only being his 3rd professional start, he was red-carded for a tackle on Josh Ruffels whilst playing against Oxford United. On 20 February 2015, Alfreton Town signed Bentley on a one-month long loan before being released from Plymouth on 15 January 2016 and then joining Truro City in February 2016. Plymouth
Plymouth () is a port city and unitary authority in South West England. It is located on the south coast of Devon, approximately south-west of Exeter and south-west of London. South West Peninsula League
The South West Peninsula League (SWPL) is a football competition in England, which was formed in 2007 from the merger of the Devon County League and the South Western League. The league is restricted to clubs based in Cornwall, Devon and West Dorset. The league consists of two Premier Divisions (East and West), which are ranked at Step 6 in the National League System. Until 2019–20, there was a single Premier Division at Step 6, and two divisions at Step 7 (Division One West and Division One East). Subject to applying, receiving the required ground grading and finishing high enough in the league table, one club from each Premier Division can be promoted to the Western League Premier Division each season. Jordan Bentley
Jordan Bentley (born 30 April 1999) is an English footballer who plays for Tiverton Town as a defender. He had previously played professionally after coming through the youth system at Plymouth Argyle. Career Bentley made his first team debut in the final league game of the 2015–16 season as a 66th-minute substitute for Curtis Nelson in a 5–0 win over Hartlepool United. He made his full first team debut in an EFL Trophy group stage match away to Swansea City's under-23s, who won 2–0, in which he was sent off just before half time for two bookable offences. Bentley was sent on loan to Sutton United in September 2017, but was recalled by Argyle after a lack of match time. On 23 January 2018, Bentley broke his leg after tackling a teammate in training, and was ruled out injured for 6 months. Tavistock A
Tavistock ( ) is an ancient stannary and market town within West Devon, England. It is situated on the River Tavy from which its name derives. At the 2011 census the three electoral wards (North, South and South West) had a population of 13,028. It traces its recorded history back to at least 961 when Tavistock Abbey, whose ruins lie in the centre of the town, was founded. Its most famous son is Sir Francis Drake. The Southern League is a men's football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from the South and Midlands of England. Together with the Isthmian League and the Northern Premier League it forms levels seven and eight of the English football league system. The Western Football League is a football league in South West England, covering Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, western Dorset, parts of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
