A Sun (film)
''A Sun'' () is a 2019 Taiwanese drama film directed and co-written by Chung Mong-hong. The film stars Chen Yi-wen, Samantha Ko, Wu Chien-ho, Greg Hsu, and Liu Kuan-ting. Its story centres on Chen Jian Ho (Wu), a troubled teenager who has been arrested, and Hao (Hsu), Ho's accomplished brother who commits suicide due to familial pressure. It explores Ho's re-entry into society and his father's efforts to acknowledge his son, something he had never done. Juvenile delinquency and suicide are the film's main themes, with visual motifs including light and dark. Chung Mong-hong
Chung Mong-hong (; born 1965), also known by his pseudonym, Nagao Nakashima ( ja, 中島 長雄, Nakashima Nagao; or in zh, p=Zhōngdǎo Zhǎngxióng), is a Taiwanese film director, screenwriter and cinematographer. Career Chung received Golden Horse Award for Best Director for his film '' The Fourth Portrait'' in 2010 at the 47th Golden Horse Awards. His film ''Soul'' was selected as the Taiwanese entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards, but was not nominated. Juvenile delinquency, also known as juvenile offending, is the act of participating in unlawful behavior as a minor or individual younger than the statutory age of majority. In the United States of America, a juvenile delinquent is a person who commits a crime and is under a specific age. Most states specify a juvenile delinquent as an individual under 18 years of age while a few states have set the maximum age slightly different. In 2021, Michigan, New York, and Vermont raised the maximum age to under 19, and Vermont law was updated again in 2022 to include individuals under the age of 20. Only three states, Georgia, Texas, and Wisconsin still appropriate the age of a juvenile delinquent as someone under the age of 17. Qixing Mountain (Taipei)
Qixing Mountain, also spelled Cising Mountain or Chihsing Mountain, () is a mountain in Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is located on the Datun Volcano Group and is the highest mountain in the city, at the rim of Taipei Basin. It is also the highest (dormant) volcano in Taiwan. It is located in the center of Yangmingshan National Park; its main peak is above sea level. It began erupting about 700,000 years ago. There was a crater at the peak but it became seven small peaks due to post-eruption erosion.
