Kaspar Rostrup
Kaspar Rostrup (born 27 April 1940) is a Danish film director. Two of his films won the Best Film prize at the Bodil Awards : ''Jeppe på bjerget'' (1981) and ''Waltzing Regitze'' (1989). The latter was also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. ''Jeppe på bjerget'' was entered into the 12th Moscow International Film Festival. Thomas Bo Larsen (born 27 November 1963) is a Danish film actor, born in Gladsaxe, Denmark. Career He was nominated for a Bodil Award in 1995 for Best Supporting Actor in " Sidste time", and later won two Robert Awards, the first in 1996 for Best Actor in " De største helte", and a second one in 1998 for Best Supporting Actor for his role in "Festen" by Thomas Vinterberg. This is a list of submissions to the 73rd Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited the film industries of various countries to submit their best film for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film every year since the award was created in 1956. The award is handed out annually by the Academy to a feature-length motion picture produced outside the United States that contains primarily non-English dialogue. The Foreign Language Film Award Committee oversees the process and reviews all the submitted films.
