''A New Empire'' is the fourth extended play by South Korean singer Ailee. It was released on October 5, 2016, by YMC Entertainment and distributed by LOEN Entertainment. Background and release On August 23, 2016, the digital song "If You" was pre-released, along with a music video for it. On September 23, 2016, it was revealed that Ailee would make comeback in mid-October. On September 28, 2016, the trailer was released for the music video of song "Home" and it was announced that the album was to be released on October 5, 2016. Amy Lee (born May 30, 1989), known professionally as Ailee, is an American singer and songwriter based in South Korea. Amassing digital sales success in South Korea, she has released four studio albums, six extended plays, and twenty one singles, six of which charted within the top five of the Gaon Digital Chart. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010. Lee Ji-hoon (; born November 22, 1996), better known by his stage name Woozi (), is a South Korean singer, songwriter and record producer. He is a member of the boy band Seventeen.
