''A Musical Affair'' is the seventh studio album by the classical crossover group Il Divo. Il Divo is a group of four male singers: French pop singer Sébastien Izambard, Spanish baritone Carlos Marín, American tenor David Miller (tenor), David Miller, and Swiss tenor Urs Bühler. The album was released on 5 November 2013, and has the participation of singers such as Barbra Streisand, Nicole Scherzinger, Kristin Chenoweth and Michael Ball (singer), Michael Ball, among others. The album's songs are compiled from famous plays and musicals including ''The Lion King (musical), The Lion King'', ''The Phantom of the Opera (1986 musical), The Phantom of the Opera'', ''Les Misérables (musical), Les Misérables'', ''West Side Story (musical), West Side Story'' and ''Cats (musical), Cats'', among others. Il Divo
Il Divo (; ) are a multi-national classical crossover vocal group. The male quartet, which originated in the United Kingdom in December 2003, consists of tenors Urs Bühler, David Miller, and Sébastien Izambard. It also included baritone Carlos Marín before his death from COVID-19 in late 2021. Il Divo was created and promoted by Simon Cowell for the label Syco Music (a subsidiary of Sony Music).
