K-pop
K-pop (), short for Korean popular music, is a form of popular music originating in South Korea as part of South Korean culture. ''Inkigayo'' ( ko, 인기가요; English title: ''The Music Trend'', previously ''Popular Song'') is a South Korean music program broadcast by SBS. It airs live every Sunday. The show features some of the latest and most popular artists who perform on stage. It is broadcast from the SBS Open Hall in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Kim Hyeong-seok (born September 27, 1966) is a composer in South Korea who is known for producing both dance music and ballads. Since beginning his career in 1989, Kim has composed or produced more than 1,000 songs and has worked with many of the top Korean performers.
