"A Day in Our Life" (stylized as "a Day in Our Life") is a song by Japanese boy band Arashi. It was released on 6 February 2002, as their seventh single, and first single to be released through their new record label J Storm. It reached number one on the Oricon Singles Chart. The single was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan in April 2002 for shipments of over 400,000 copies. "A Day in Our Life" was included in the start of the ''Reborn'' project, as part of the ''Arashi Reborn Vol.1'' extended play, released on February 28, 2020, together with A-ra-shi: Reborn, and One Love: Reborn. Background and release "A Day in Our Life" was used as the theme song for the television series ''Kisarazu Cat's Eye'' starring member Sho Sakurai. Sho Sakurai
(born January 25, 1982) is a Japanese singer, songwriter, rapper, actor, news anchor, host and former radio host. He is a member of the boy band Arashi. Sakurai began his career in the entertainment industry when he joined the Japanese talent agency Johnny & Associates in 1995 at the age of 13. About seven years after his debut as a singer with Arashi in 1999, he became a newscaster in 2006, appearing in the news program ''News Zero'' every Monday. In 2008, he was appointed the official newscaster for the news coverage of the Olympic Games in Beijing on NTV. For his work as an actor, singer and newscaster, Sakurai became one of the recipients of GQ Japan's Men of the Year award in 2009. is a Japanese comedy television show and movie series. To date, there have been two Kisarazu Cat's Eye movies: ''Kisarazu Cat's Eye Nihon Series'' (2003) and ''Kisarazu Cat's Eye World Series'' (2006). Synopsis The story follows a 21-year-old young man named Kohei ( Okada Junichi) in Kisarazu, a city in Chiba, Japan.
