A Breukelen Story
''A Breukelen Story'' is a collaborative studio album by American rapper Masta Ace and Canadian hip hop record producer Marco Polo. It was released on November 9, 2018 via Fat Beats Records. Production was handled solely by Marco Polo, who also served as executive producer together with Masta Ace. It features guest appearances from Elzhi, eMC, Lil' Fame, Marlon Craft, Pav Bundy, Pearl Gates, Pharoahe Monch, Smif-N-Wessun, Styles P and Trini Boy. An eight-track bonus extended play was released in 2019 featuring production from DJ Premier, remixing from the Drum Majors, and guest appearance from Evidence. Critical reception Albumism's Daryl McIntosh praised the album, saying "with ''A Breukelen Story'', Ace and Polo craft the musical equivalent of a screenplay or novel, by sharing their personal stories and memories reflective of life in one of America's great microcosms". Masta Ace
Duval Clear (born December 4, 1966), known better by his stage name Masta Ace, is an American rapper and record producer from New York City. He appeared on the classic 1988 Juice Crew posse cut " The Symphony". He is noted for his distinct voice and rapping proficiency,Shapiro, Peter, 2005, ''The Rough Guide To Hip-Hop, 2nd Edition, Penguin'', p. 247. and has influenced several MCs. Biography 1988–1994 Clear graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1988, after meeting Marley Marl in 1987 during his summer break. ''The 405'' was an independent online magazine based in London, concentrating on music and popular culture. It reported primarily on independent music, film, art, technology and fashion. It published independent music reviews, features, interviews, and media. It was founded in 2008 by Oliver Primus, who was editor until the site closed down. Masta Ace Albums
is a 2004 Japanese historical adventure anime television series. The debut television production of studio Manglobe, the 26-episode series aired from May 2004 to March 2005. It was first partially broadcast on Fuji TV, then had a complete airing on Fuji Network System. Jason Powers (born May 12, 1978), better known by his stage name Elzhi (stylized as eLZhi), is an American Rapping, rapper from Detroit, Michigan. He is a former member of Slum Village and now records as a solo artist. In his youth, he made numerous visits to the Hip-Hop shop in Detroit, taking advantage of open-mic nights hosted by fellow Detroit rapper Proof (rapper), Proof.
