AS Yzeure
Moulins Yzeure Football 03 Auvergne, known as Moulins Yzeure Foot or just Moulins Yzeure, is a association football, football club based in Yzeure, France. As of the 2021–22 Championnat National 2, 2021–22 season, it competes in the Championnat National 2, the fourth tier of the French football league system. History AS Yzeure was founded in 1938. On 4 January 2014, the club beat FC Lorient, Lorient of Ligue 1 1–0 in the round of 64 of the Coupe de France. In June 2016, following the bankruptcy of AS Moulins, an agreement was reached between the leaders of AS Yzeure and the leaders of the towns of Moulins, Allier, Moulins and Yzeure to merge the clubs to create Moulins Yzeure Foot 03. Moulins (; oc, Molins) is a Communes of France, commune in central France, capital of the Allier Departments of France, department. It is located on the river Allier (river), Allier. The Championnat National 2, commonly known as National 2 and formerly known as Championnat de France Amateur (CFA), is a football league competition. The league serves as the fourth tier of the French football league system behind Ligue 1, Ligue 2, and the Championnat National. Contested by 64 clubs, the Championnat National 2 operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Championnat National and the Championnat National 3, the fifth division of French football. Seasons run from August to May, with teams in four groups playing 32 games each totalling 1280 games in the season. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played during weekday evenings.
