Alexander Lam (born 29 July 1998 in New Zealand) is a New Zealand rugby union player who plays for the in Super Rugby. He was educated at St Peter's College, Auckland. His playing position is wing. Ben Lam
Misimoa Benjamin Lam (born 9 June 1991) is a New Zealand professional rugby union player. He won a Glasgow Commonwealth Games silver medal in 2014 in the Rugby sevens. His usual playing positions are Wing and Fullback. Career Lam played wing for Mitre 10 Cup team Auckland. He was selected for the Auckland and Blues sides in 2012. He played 12 games for Auckland after making his debut in 2012 against Hawke's Bay. He made one Super Rugby appearance for the Auckland Blues in 2012. In November 2012 he entered into a contract as a New Zealand sevens player, making his debut at the Dubai Sevens. Lam won a silver Commonwealth Games Medal as a member of the All Black Sevens team at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 2014. Lam has international experience with the New Zealand Sevens. 2020 Mitre 10 Cup
The 2020 Mitre 10 Cup season was the fifteenth season of New Zealand's provincial rugby union competition since it turned professional in 2006. The regular season began on September 11, when North Harbour hosted Canterbury. It involved the top fourteen rugby unions of New Zealand. For sponsorship reasons, the competition was known as the Mitre 10 Cup and it was the fifth season under the lead sponsor. The winner of the Championship, Hawke's Bay was promoted to the Premiership, the seventh placed Premiership team, North Harbour was relegated to the Championship. Format The Mitre 10 Cup standings were sorted by a competition points system. Four points were awarded to the winning team, a draw equaled two points, whilst a loss amounted to zero points. Jack Tafa Lam (born 18 November 1987) is a New Zealand-born, Australian-raised rugby player who plays as a flanker for Moana Pasifika and internationally for Samoa. Lam played seven matches for Tasman in 2008 before moving north to Waikato in 2009. He has international experience with the Samoan national team as well with the Australian Secondary Schools side.
