The Albanian American Student Organization of Houston Texas (AASOHTX) ( sq, Organizata e Studetëve Shqiptaro-Amerikan e Houston Teksasit) is a non-profit organization that is established by Albanian students in the United States as part of the Texas Chapter of the AASO. Motto ''"së bashku për atdhe"'' Goal To help the local community by bringing together Albanian students and contribute to a better society while promoting Albanian values. The organization has Albanian unity at heart. Its purpose is to bring together Albanian students and teach them about leadership and teamwork while preserving the Albanian values and culture. The organization strives to make young Albanians into excelling, upstanding, ethical leaders. AASO
The Albanian American Student Organization (AASO Global) ( sq, Organizata e Studentëve Shqiptaro-Amerikan) is a non-profit organization established by Albanian-American students in Detroit, Michigan. Misson AASO Global is dedicated to foster among the members a sense of comradery and support, promote cultural awareness and appreciation, and serve the community while promoting higher education. The organization hosts social events, fundraising efforts, volunteering events, leadership seminars, and networking opportunities. History AASO Global was founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1998. The organization was initiated by Albanian-American students at Wayne State University. Their main objective was to promote fellowship among the Albanian-American students, along with other students around campus and to promote the preservation of Albanian heritage. Albanians
The Albanians (; sq, Shqiptarët ) are an ethnic group and nation native to the Balkan Peninsula who share a common Albanian ancestry, culture, history and language. They primarily live in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia as well as in Croatia, Greece, Italy and Turkey. University Of Connecticut
The University of Connecticut (UConn) is a public land-grant research university in Storrs, Connecticut, a village in the town of Mansfield.
