Matese (; also stylised as FC Matese), is a Association football, football club based in Sepicciano, a of Piedimonte Matese, in Campania, Southern Italy. The club will compete in Eccellenza Molise, the fifth tier of the Italian football league system. A volley is an air-borne strike in association football, where a player's foot meets and directs the ball in an angled direction before it has time to reach the ground. A volley can be extremely hard to aim and requires good foot-eye coordination and timing. In general, the volley requires that the player strike the ball with the front of his foot, with the toes pointing downward, ankle locked, and the knee lifted. It is important for most applications to keep the knee high over the ball when struck, and lean slightly forward to keep the shot downward. Football Club Rieti, commonly known as FC Rieti or simply Rieti, was an Italian association football club, based in Rieti, Lazio. Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Vastese Calcio 1902 (formerly F.C. Pro Vasto) is an Italian association football club based in Vasto, Abruzzo. The club was founded in 1922 and subsequently refounded in 1981 and 1995. As of summer 2010 the club is dissolved, and reformed in 2012 as Vastese Calcio 1902. It plays in Serie D. The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. It is administered by the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti and is organized by the Roman ''Comitato Interregionale'' (Interregional Committee), a "league in the league" inside the LND.
