A.R.G.U.S. is a government organization in DC Comics. A.R.G.U.S. first appeared in ''Justice League'' vol. 2 #7 and was created by Geoff Johns and Gene Ha. Headed by Amanda Waller, A.R.G.U.S. is typically depicted as a parent organization for the previously established Checkmate and Suicide Squad organizations. David Finch (comics)
David Finch is a comics artist known for his work on Top Cow Productions' '' Cyberforce'', as well as numerous subsequent titles for Marvel Comics and DC Comics, such as '' The New Avengers'', '' Moon Knight'', ''Ultimatum'', and ''Brightest Day''. He has provided album cover art for the band Disturbed, and done concept art for films such as ''Watchmen''. Career David Finch started his comics career drawing Top Cow Productions' '' Cyberforce'', after series creator and studio founder Marc Silvestri ceased his run as writer/artist on that book. Deathstroke
Deathstroke (Slade Joseph Wilson) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez, the character debuted in '' The New Teen Titans'' #2 in December 1980 as Deathstroke the Terminator. He is usually depicted as being among the deadliest and most expensive assassins in the DC Universe and is a prominent enemy of several superhero teams, most notably the Teen Titans, the Titans, and the Justice League. Philip Tan
Philip Tan (born 1978) is a comic book writer/artist best known for his work on ''Spawn'', ''Uncanny X-Men'' and ''Iron Man''. Career Tan graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Tan was the penciller of '' Final Crisis: Revelations'' as well as the "Agent Orange" ''Green Lantern'' story arc, which started in ''Green Lantern'' #39 and ran through issue 42. Following Agent Orange he will be penciling the second three issue arc of Grant Morrison's Batman and Robin series with issue 6 being his last. Tan has illustrated cards for the ''Magic: The Gathering'' collectible card game. In 2011 Tan was the artist on ''Hawkman'', which was part of DC Comics' company-wide title relaunch, The New 52. The Crime Syndicate are teams of supervillains from one of DC Comics' parallel universes where they are the evil counterparts of the Justice League. The original team was specifically known as the Crime Syndicate of America and is sometimes abbreviated as CSA.
