Associação Desportiva Os Limianos ''(abbreviated as AD Os Limianos)'' is a Portuguese football club based in Ponte de Lima in the district of Viana do Castelo. Background AD Os Limianos currently plays in the Segunda Divisão Série Norte, the third tier of Portuguese football. The club was founded in 1953 and they play their home matches at the Campo do Cruzeiro in Ponte de Lima. The stadium is able to accommodate 2,500 spectators. Ponte De Lima
Ponte de Lima () is the oldest ''vila'' (chartered town, head of a municipality) in Portugal. It is part of the district of Viana do Castelo. The population in 2011 was 43,498, in an area of 320.25 km2. The town proper has about 2,800 inhabitants. It is named after the long medieval bridge (''ponte'') that passes over the Lima river that runs next to the town. The current Mayor is Victor Mendes, elected by the People's Party (CDS–PP). It is one of the six municipalities in Portugal administered by this party. The municipal holiday is 20 September. Terceira Divisão
The Terceira Divisão Portuguesa (in English: ''Portuguese Third Division'') was a football league in Portugal, situated at the fourth level of the Portuguese football league system. The Third Division was initially the third level of the Portuguese pyramid but with the creation of the Segunda Liga in 1990–91, it became the fourth level. The competition merged with the Segunda Divisão at the end of the 2012–13 to form a new enlarged third-level league, the Campeonato Nacional de Seniores. Rogério Gonçalves
Rogério de Sousa Gonçalves (born 1 October 1959) is a Portuguese football manager, currently in charge of Mozambican club Clube Ferroviário da Beira. In a career of over three decades, he had brief Primeira Liga spells at Varzim, Naval, Braga and Académica. Football career Born in the village of Lanheses in Viana do Castelo, Gonçalves started working as a full-time manager in 1990, with hometown club UD Lanheses. In the following nine years he worked exclusively in the lower leagues, also being in charge of A.D. Os Limianos and SC Vianense. In the summer of 1999, Gonçalves was appointed at Varzim S.C. in the Segunda Liga. He achieved promotion to the Primeira Liga at the end of his second season, but was sacked on 25 November 2001 after only achieving two wins in the first 12 games.
