Associazione Calcio Giacomense was an Football in Italy, Italian association football club located in Masi San Giacomo, a ''frazione'' of Masi Torello, in the Province of Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna. The club spent 5 seasons in professional football (Lega Pro) from 2008 to 2013. Portomaggiore ( Ferrarese: ) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The 2012–13 Serie D was the sixty-fifth edition of the top level Italian non-professional football championship. It represented the fifth tier in the Italian football league system. It consisted of 162 teams divided into nine 18-team divisions. Promotions The nine division winners are automatically promoted to Lega Pro Seconda Divisione 2013–14. Eccellenza Emilia-Romagna is the regional Eccellenza football division for clubs in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It is competed amongst 36 teams, in two different groups (A and B). The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. It is administered by the Lega Nazionale Dilettanti and is organized by the Roman ''Comitato Interregionale'' (Interregional Committee), a "league in the league" inside the LND.
