A.C.D. Sant'Angelo 1907 is an Italian association football club located in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, Lombardy.The club currently plays in Eccellenza. History Early years The club was founded in 1907, but until the season 1927–28 didn't compete in any official championship. The debut in a true and actual tournament took place the successive year, when compete in Terza Divisione, finishing fourth. It competes between the Prima, Seconda and Terza Divisione until 1941, when the Second World War compel it to inactivity. It starts again in 1945, from the Serie C, category maintained for a period of three years, then slides in Promozione and in Prima Divisione. Inactive in 1950–51, returns in Promozione at the conclusion of the season 195–53 and in the Campionato Nazionale Dilettanti in the summer on 1956. Stadio Carlo Chiesa
Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '' Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). The members of Stadio on this album were Giovanni Pezzoli playing the drums, Marco Nanni playing the bass and Fabio Liberators playing the keyboard. The Serie D () is the top level of semi-professional football in the country. The fourth tier of the Italian league system, the competition sits beneath the third professional league, Serie C. The Eccellenza (, "excellence") is the fifth level (since 2014–15) of Italian football. It is a regional league, composed of 28 divisions divided geographically. All 20 regions are represented by at least one division except for Piedmont and Aosta Valley which share 2 divisions. Veneto, Tuscany, Sicily, Emilia-Romagna and Campania also have 2 divisions each, while the regions of Lombardy and Lazio have 3 divisions. Promotion and relegation After the regular season is completed, the first-placed team for each division is automatically promoted to Serie D. Each division also admits one other team to participate in national playoffs that take place in late May and early June.
