''9StreamLIVE'' was a panel television program produced by Nine News that was streamed exclusively online. It was hosted by Rob McKnight. It was a spin-off of previous Nine News live streams and behind the scenes videos uploaded to YouTube. Format The show consisted of Rob McKnight (who hosted the show) and three other panel guests (usually Nine News reporters/presenters or journalists). McKnight introduced news stories and asks for opinion from the panel members. McKnight also encouraged viewers to share their opinion via social media (which was shown on a ticker and some selected feedback was read on air). Nine.com.au (formerly Ninemsn) is an Australian news and current events website, owned by ASX-listed company, Nine Entertainment Co. It was originally established as a 50:50 joint venture between Microsoft and PBL Media (now Nine Entertainment Co.) in 1997 as "Ninemsn." Caroline Overington
Caroline Overington (born 1970) is an Australian journalist and author. Overington has written 13 books. She has twice won the Walkley Award for investigative journalism, as well as winning the Sir Keith Murdoch prize for journalism (2007), the Blake Dawson Waldron Prize (2008) and the Davitt Award for Crime Writing (2015). Life and career Overington was born in Melbourne, Victoria in 1970. She began her journalism cadetship with ''The Melton Mail Express'', and other titles in The Age Suburban Newspaper group, covering courts, local council, and school fetes. Wendy Kingston (born 25 June 1981) is an Australian journalist and television news presenter. Kingston was previously a presenter of '' Nine Afternoon News Queensland'', as well as other national bulletins from Sydney. Career Kingston's media career began in 2000 working as a reporter and newsreader for ABC Radio Brisbane, before moving to ABC Radio Rockhampton. Ben Fordham (born 29 November 1976) is an Australian journalist, sports reporter and radio presenter. Fordham currently hosts ''Ben Fordham Live'' on Sydney radio station 2GB. Career Fordham began his career on Sydney's 2UE radio station, for which he won a Walkley Award for his coverage of the 1997 Thredbo landslide. Ken Sutcliffe
Ken Sutcliffe (born 15 November 1947) is an Australian sporting journalist and radio and television personality. Career Sutcliffe was born in Oberon, New South Wales and grew up in Mudgee. He started his radio career in 1966 in Mudgee, followed by a stint as a general announcer at 2LF Young, and began work on television as a newsreader on local station CBN-8 Orange. He joined TNQ-7 in Townsville during the mid-1970s, before joining TCN-9 in 1979, appearing on '' World of Sport'' with Ron Casey. Melissa Downes (born 17 September 1973) is an Australian broadcast journalist. Downes is currently a co-presenter of ''Nine News Queensland'' alongside Andrew Lofthouse. Career Downes first worked with Seven Brisbane where she was a reporter, fill-in presenter and also co-hosted a live 5pm local magazine show. After joining Nine Brisbane in 2001, Downes reported on the road and acted as fill-in weekend presenter before assuming that role full-time in 2006. Dan Ilic (born 20 November 1981) is an Australian presenter, comedian and filmmaker.
