''7 Television Commercials'' is a collection of music videos by the English rock band Radiohead, covering the period from '' The Bends'' (1995) to '' OK Computer'' (1997). Radiohead are an English rock band formed in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, in 1985. High And Dry
"High and Dry" and "Planet Telex" are songs by the English rock band Radiohead. They were released as a double-A side single from their second studio album, '' The Bends'' (1995), on 5 March 1995. "High and Dry" was recorded as a demo during the sessions of Radiohead's first album, ''Pablo Honey'' (1993)'','' and remastered for inclusion on ''The Bends.'' "Planet Telex" developed from studio experimentation with drum loops. Two music videos were produced for "High and Dry". Recording The Radiohead songwriter, Thom Yorke, performed an early version of "High and Dry" with the band Headless Chickens while he was a student at the University of Exeter in the late 1980s. He said the lyrics were about "some loony girl I was going out with", but became "mixed up with ideas about success and failure". Jason "Jake" Scott (born August 1965) is a British film director who works primarily in the field of music videos and commercials. His father is film director Sir Ridley Scott. Jamie Thraves (born James Thraves, 2 June 1969 in Romford, London) is a British film writer and director. Biography Thraves began making early short experimental films in 1989 at the University of Humberside, having previously studied illustration. His graduation film ''Scratch'' (1991) and ''The Take-Out'' (1993), a short film made under the BFI New Directors scheme, both went on to win awards at film festivals worldwide. Daniel Landin
Daniel Landin BSC, is a British cinematographer. Landin started working with Super 8 and VHS video in 1978, collaborating with the industrial music group Throbbing Gristle, documenting live performances and art events. In 1979, he formed the experimental militant classicist group ‘ Last Few Days’ with Simon Joyce and Keir Fraser, a highly conceptual collective whose primary aim was live performance in unconventional venues (chapels, cinemas, burger bars, silos, tunnels etc.). Recording was a secondary priority and was mainly live, apart from the ‘Polavision’ soundtrack produced by Cabaret Voltaire at their Western Works in Sheffield 1982. Grant Robert Gee (born 24 October 1964) is a British film maker, photographer and cinematographer. He is most noted for his 1998 documentary ''Meeting People Is Easy'' about the British alternative rock group Radiohead. Magnus Carlsson (born April 20, 1965) is a Swedish illustrator, director and animator. Biography Carlsson was born in Gothemburg, Västra Götaland, and is one of Sweden's best known and most active animators.
