The 74 Marszałkowska Street multifamily residential building is a Socialist realism, socialist realist multifamily residential building, located in the city of Warsaw, Poland, at 74 Marszałkowska Street, Warsaw, Marszałkowska Street, near the crossing with 29/31 Hoża Street, Warsaw, Hoża Street. It was built in the 1960s, and since 2016, it has the status of a cultural property. History The building was built in the 1960s, in the former location of the Pod Husarzem Tenement, which was destroyed during the World War II, Second World War, and deconstructed after 1944. In 1960, a building of an identical design, commonly known as ''Writers' House'', was built nearby at 68/70 Marszałkowska Street.
