Mesut Yılmaz
Ahmet Mesut Yılmaz () (6 November 1947 – 30 October 2020) was a Turkish politician. He was the leader of the Motherland Party ( tr, Anavatan Partisi, ANAP) from 1991 to 2002, and served three times as Prime Minister of Turkey. His first two prime-ministerial terms lasted just months (in 1991 and 1996), while the third ran from June 1997 to January 1999. The first was brought to an end by defeat in the 1991 elections, the latter two by the breakdown of Yılmaz' coalition governments. İstemihan Talay
Mustafa İstemihan Talay (born 1945) is a Turkish politician and former government minister. Early life İstemihan Talay was born to İbrahim Rifat and Emine in Tarsus ilçe (district) of Mersin Province in 1945. He completed Tarsus American College in 1964, and studied in the Faculty of Political Sciences in Ankara University. After obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration, he began working as a civil servant. He was appointed kaymakam (district governor) of Bozcaada and Vezirköprü ilçes. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the İstanbul Aydın University. Yaşar Topçu
Yaşar Topçu (born January 10, 1941 in Boyabat, Sinop Province, Turkey), is a Turkish politician and former government minister. He stood trial before the Constitutional Court for corruption charges, and was found guilty of malpractice. Early life Yaşar Topçu was born to Ali Mahir Topçu and his wife Raviye in Boyabat town of Sinop Province, Turkey on January 10, 1941. He was educated in Ankara University, Law School.
