The 58th Bodil Awards were held on 7 March 2004 in Imperial Cinema in Copenhagen, Denmark, honouring the best national and foreign films of 2003. Peter Mygind og Mette Horn hosted the event. Lars von Trier's ''Dogville'' won the award for Best Danish Film while '' The Inheritance'' won the awards for best actor in leading and supporting roles and '' Lykkevej'' won the awards for best actress in leading and supporting roles. Bodil Awards
The Bodil Awards are the major Danish film awards given by the Danish Film Critics Association. The awards are presented annually at a ceremony in Copenhagen. Established in 1948, it is one of the oldest film awards in Europe. The awards are given without regard to commercial interests or box-office sales, but rather to highlight the films or actors that the critics regard as most worthy. The name of the award honours two of the most important actresses in Danish cinema, Bodil Kjer and Bodil Ipsen. The statuette is made of porcelain, and was designed by Danish artist and sculpted by Svend Jespersen of Bing & Grøndahl. Jakob Cedergren
Jakob Cedergren (born 10 January 1973) is a Swedish-born Danish actor. He has appeared in more than 40 films and television shows since 1998. He starred in the film '' Dark Horse'', which was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2005 Cannes Film Festival. Ditte Gråbøl
Ditte Gråbøl (born 22 June 1959 in Copenhagen) is a Danish actress. She trained at Aarhus Teater and graduated in 1984. Having worked at Jomfru Ane Teatret, she has appeared in a number of revues, among others the Cirkusrevyen more than once. She has also appeared on TV in ''Flemming og Berit'', ''Fæhår og Harzen'', ''Bryggeren'', ''Krøniken'', ''The Eagle (TV series), The Eagle'' and ''Album (TV series), Album''. Her breakthrough came with the DR (broadcaster), DR satire show, ''Den gode, den onde og den virk'li sjove'' which was broadcast from 1990 to 1992. She played various parts on the show but is particularly remembered for her portrayal of a cantankerous, coughing woman in the "Four ordinary Danes" sketch.
