OK Now
''OK Now'' is second studio album by American singer and songwriter Jon McLaughlin. It was released on October 7, 2008, through The Island Def Jam Music Group. Singles The lead and only single from the album, " Beating My Heart", was released on June 17, 2008. The song peaked at number 18 on ''Billboard''s Adult Top 40 chart and at number 27 on ''Billboard''s Hot Christian Songs chart, respectively. The single is McLaughlin's most successful song to date. Olympiad
An olympiad ( el, Ὀλυμπιάς, ''Olympiás'') is a period of four years, particularly those associated with the ancient and modern Olympic Games. Although the ancient Olympics were established during Greece's Archaic Era, it was not until Hippias that a consistent list was established and not until Ephorus in the Hellenistic period that the first recorded Olympic contest was used as a Epoch (reference date), calendar epoch. Ancient authors agreed that other Olympics had been held before the race won by Coroebus of Elis, Coroebus but disagreed on how many; the convention was established to place Coroebus's victory at a time equivalent to the summer of 776 BC, 776 in the Gregorian calendar and to treat it as Year 1 of Olympiad 1. The Four Year Plan was part of the alternative governmental structure created by Hitler and the Nazi Party, which included entities such as Organisation Todt and the unification of the ''Schutzstaffel'' (SS) and the German police forces, including the Gestapo, under Heinrich Himmler. The primary purpose of the Four Year Plan was to provide for the rearmament of Germany, and to prepare the country for self-sufficiency in four years, from 1936 to 1940. Aside from emphasizing the rebuilding of the nation's military defenses, in disregard of the restrictions imposed on Germany by the Trea ...
