New Taipei City Hall
The New Taipei City Hall () is the venue of the government of New Taipei City of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The hall is located in Banqiao District. History The building was constructed in 2002 as Taipei County Hall (). However, after Taipei County was upgraded to city-status, the building was renamed as New Taipei City Hall (). Technical specification The building is a 33-floor structure with a height of 140.5 meters. There is a free observation floor for viewing on level 32 and a viewing restaurant on level 33. Leon Dai (, born 27 July 1966) is a Taiwanese actor and film director. His film ''Cannot Live Without You'' was Taiwan's submission to the 82nd Academy Awards for Best Foreign Language Film. The film also won two awards at the 46th Golden Horse Film Awards. Yuan Quan (, born 16 October 1977), also known as Yolanda Yuan, is a Chinese actress and singer. She graduated from the Central Academy of Drama where she majored in drama. ''Yang-Yang'' is a 2009 Taiwanese film directed by Cheng Yu-Chieh. It is the director’s second feature film, and also the first film in Ang Lee and Khan Lee’s Tui Shou Ji Hua (Pushing Hands Project/推手計畫). Sandrine Pinna (; born 10 April 1987) is a Taiwanese actress who started her career as a child actress and appeared in many advertisements. Early life Sandrine Pinna was born on 10 April 1987 to a Taiwanese mother and a French father. Her father was a lawyer. Her parents divorced when she was a child.
