3 World Tour
#3 World Tour is the second concert tour by Irish alternative rock band The Script. Launched in support of their third studio album '' #3'' (2012), the tour began in Ireland with two intimate shows in Cork and Dublin. Itinerary The world tour started in Ireland with two intimate shows in Cork and Dublin which took place in September, thus kicking off the tour. These shows were only announced three days before the shows took place and were only available from one Ticketmaster outlet in each city. They also performed three intimate club shows in Glasgow, Manchester and London. They performed one show in Sydney to showcase new material from #3 as well as tracks from previous albums. The North American leg began in New York City on 9 October with a further 18 shows across the United States and Canada. The Script
The Script are an Irish rock band formed in 2001 in Dublin, consisting of lead vocalist and keyboardist Danny O'Donoghue, lead guitarist Mark Sheehan, and drummer Glen Power. The band moved to London after signing to Sony Label Group imprint Phonogenic and released their eponymous debut album in August 2008, preceded by the debut single "We Cry" as well as other singles such as "The Man Who Can't Be Moved", "Breakeven" and "Before the Worst". The album peaked at number one in both Ireland and the UK. The Stifel Theatre (originally known as the Municipal Opera House and formerly the Kiel Opera House and Peabody Opera House) is a civic performing arts building located in St. Louis, Missouri. About the venue Founded as the "Kiel Opera House" (in honor of former St. Louis Mayor Henry Kiel), opened in 1934 as a part of the "Municipal Auditorium and Opera House". The Metro Theatre
The Metro Theatre (commonly the Metro) is a music venue located on George Street, in the city centre of Sydney, Australia. The venue was redeveloped, from two former cinemas, by property developer Leon Fink. The foyer of the Metro, designed by leading Australian stage designer Brian Thomson, features a lightweight plastic replica of the Art Deco crystal chandelier which once hung in Regent Theatre which formerly stood opposite the Metro in George Street.
