Long March 3C
The Long March 3C (), also known as the Changzheng 3C, CZ-3C and LM-3C, is a Chinese orbital launch vehicle. It is launched from Launch Complex 2 and 3 at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center (XSLC). A three-stage rocket with two strapon liquid rocket boosters, it is a member of the Long March 3 rocket family, and was derived from the Long March 3B. It was designed to fill a gap in payload capacities between the Long March 3A and 3B. Launch Statistics Launches It made its maiden flight on 25 April 2008, at 15:35 UTC. The payload for the first launch was the Tianlian I-01 data relay communications satellite. The second carried the Compass-G2 navigation satellite and was conducted on 14 April 2009. Chromosome conformation capture techniques (often abbreviated to 3C technologies or 3C-based methods) are a set of molecular biology methods used to analyze the spatial organization of chromatin in a cell. These methods quantify the number of interactions between genomic loci that are nearby in 3-D space, but may be separated by many nucleotides in the linear genome. Such interactions may result from biological functions, such as promoter- enhancer interactions, or from random polymer looping, where undirected physical motion of chromatin causes loci to collide. Interaction frequencies may be analyzed directly, or they may be converted to distances and used to reconstruct 3-D structures. The chief difference between 3C-based methods is their scope. 3C, also styled the Connected Commerce Council, is a Washington, DC-based small business advocacy organization. It receives significant funding from large tech firms such as Google and Amazon. History 3C was founded in 2018 by Jake Ward to “promote small businesses’ success through the adoption of essential digital technologies and tools.” Prior to starting 3C, Ward was the co-founder and CEO of Application Developers Alliance, an advocacy organization for software developers. Ward also serves as the CEO of Data Protocol, a developer education platform. 3C raised about $1.6 million in 2018. The Third Cambridge Catalogue of Radio Sources (3C) is an astronomical catalogue of celestial radio sources detected originally at 159 MHz, and subsequently at 178 MHz. History 3C The catalogue was published in 1959 by members of the Cavendish Astrophysics Group, Radio Astronomy Group of the University of Cambridge. Entries in the catalogue are identified by the prefix "3C" followed by the entry number, with a space - for example, 3C 273. The catalogue was produced using the Cambridge Interferometer on the west side of Cambridge. 3C-BZ (4-benzyloxy-3,5-dimethoxyamphetamine) is a lesser-known psychedelic drug and a substituted amphetamine. 3C-BZ was first synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. In his book '' PiHKAL'', the dosage range is listed as 25–200 mg and the duration as 18–24 hours. 3C (radio)
3C was a United Kingdom radio station, based in Clydebank, Dunbartonshire, Scotland and was provided by Radio Clyde, owned by Scottish Radio Holdings, later bought by EMAP Radio. It played country music. Its sister stations were ''Clyde 1'' and ''Clyde 2''. On 26 March 2007, the station told listeners that it was closing at the next day, stating that :''"It is the result of a brand review undertaken by our parent company, which operates a large number of radio stations and other media interests."'' 3C-P (α-Methyl-4-propoxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine) is a psychedelic phenethylamine. It has structural and pharmacodynamic properties similar to the drugs mescaline, proscaline, and amphetamine. Laurie Records was a record label established in New York City in 1958 by brothers Robert and Gene Schwartz, and Allan I. Sussel. Among the recording artists on Laurie's roster were Dion and the Belmonts (both together and as separate acts), The Chiffons, The Jarmels, The Mystics, Bobby Goldsboro, and The Royal Guardsmen.
