''3 Watch It Go'' is the third home video by American heavy metal band Pantera. It was released on VHS through Elektra Records on November 11, 1997. The video features band footage and includes music videos for " Planet Caravan", "I'm Broken" and "5 Minutes Alone" from the studio album ''Far Beyond Driven'' (1994), and for "Drag the Waters" from '' The Great Southern Trendkill'' (1996). It won a 1997 Metal Edge Readers' Choice Award for Best Video Cassette. ''3 Watch It Go'' was re-released on DVD, along with the two previous home videos of the band ('' Cowboys from Hell: The Videos'' and '' Vulgar Video''), in the form of ''3 Vulgar Videos from Hell''. Pantera formed in the early 1980s and released four studio albums in their early years through its own record label, Metal Magic Records. The band's major-label debut, ''Cowboys from Hell'' (1990), peaked at number 27 on the US ''Billboard'' Heatseekers chart, and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The following year, '' Cowboys from Hell: The Videos'' was released; it included video clips produced for ''Cowboys from Hell''. The video was certified gold by the RIAA. Vincent Paul Abbott (March 11, 1964 – June 22, 2018) was an American musician best known for being the drummer and co-founder of the heavy metal band Pantera. He also co-founded Damageplan in 2003 with his younger brother, 'Dimebag' Darrell Abbott, and was a member of Hellyeah for 12 years from 2006 until his death in 2018. Rex Robert Brown (born July 27, 1964) is an American musician. He is best known as the bassist for heavy metal band Pantera, from 1982 to their disbandment in 2003. As of their reunion in 2022, he is the band's only constant member. Brown is also a former member of the supergroup Down (2001–2011) and the former bassist for Kill Devil Hill. He released his debut solo album '' Smoke on This…'' in 2017. For the first time in Brown's career, the work features him not only as a bassist but also as lead vocalist and guitarist. Philip Hansen Anselmo (born June 30, 1968) is an American Heavy metal music, heavy metal vocalist best known as the lead singer for Pantera, Down (band), Down, and Superjoint, amongst other musical projects. He is the owner of Housecore Records. ''The Great Southern Trendkill'' is the eighth studio album by American heavy metal band Pantera, released on May 7, 1996, through East West Records. It reached number 4 on the ''Billboard'' 200 chart, and stayed on the chart for 16 weeks. During the album's production, Phil Anselmo recorded the vocals alone at Trent Reznor's Nothing Studios in New Orleans while Dimebag Darrell, Rex Brown, and Vinnie Paul recorded the music at Chasin Jason Studios in Dalworthington Gardens. This would be the Pantera's last studio album to be produced by Terry Date, who had worked with the band since ''Cowboys from Hell'' (1990).
