Yukon Party
The Yukon Party (french: Parti du Yukon) is a conservative political party in Yukon, Canada. It is the successor to the Yukon Progressive Conservative Party. Formation With Prime Minister Brian Mulroney's Progressive Conservative federal government's decreasing popularity, the Yukon Progressive Conservatives decided to sever its relations with the federal Conservatives, and renamed itself the "Yukon Party" in 1991. The party's first leadership convention in June 1991 was won by Chris Young, a 21-year-old former president of the Yukon Progressive Conservatives' youth chapter. However, two Progressive Conservative MLAs, Bea Firth and Alan Nordling, quit the party within days of his victory, and formed the Independent Alliance Party. Whitehorse Centre
Whitehorse Centre is an electoral district which returns a member (known as an MLA) to the Legislative Assembly of the Yukon in Canada. It was created in 1992 from an amalgamation of the ridings of Whitehorse North Centre and Whitehorse South Centre and readjusted in 2002 following the dissolution of the neighbouring riding of Riverside. The riding encompasses the downtown core of the City of Whitehorse (including Marwell) between the escarpment and the Yukon River. Whitehorse Centre is home to most of Whitehorse's businesses and government offices. Whitehorse Centre is bordered by the ridings of Riverdale North, Takhini-Kopper King, and Mountainview. The riding is generally considered a New Democrat stronghold. Arthur Mitchell (Yukon Politician)
Arthur Mitchell is a Canadian politician, who was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Yukon and the Leader of the Official Opposition from 2006 to 2011. He is a former real estate agent and an assistant to John Ostashek, the Yukon Party Government Leader (Premier) from 1992 to 1996. Kluane
Kluane is an electoral district which returns a member (known as an MLA) to the Legislative Assembly of the Canadian territory of Yukon. It is named after Kluane National Park, which is within the riding. It is one of the Yukon's eight rural districts. Kluane represents all Yukon communities and residents along the Alaska Highway west of Whitehorse and south to Alaska. This includes the communities of Haines Junction, Burwash Landing, Destruction Bay, Beaver Creek, and Mendenhall, as well as parts of the Ibex and Macpherson-Grizzly valleys. It is situated on the traditional territory of the Kluane First Nation, the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, the White River First Nation, the Selkirk First Nation, and the Little Salmon/Carmacks First Nation. Gary Douglas McRobb is a Canadians, Canadian politician, who represented the rural Yukon electoral district (Canada), electoral district of Kluane in the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 1996 to 2011. Archie Lang (politician)
Archibald Donald Lang (April 3, 1948 – March 11, 2021) was a Canadian politician, who represented the electoral district of Porter Creek Centre in the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 2002 to 2011. Political career He was a member of the Yukon Party and is Minister of Highways and Public Works and Minister of Community Services. Lang announced his retirement from the legislature on July 6, 2011. His twin brother Daniel Lang served in the Senate of Canada from 2009 to 2017. Porter Creek North is an electoral district which returns a member (known as an MLA) to the Legislative Assembly of Yukon, Canada. It contains part of the Whitehorse subdivision of Porter Creek, as well as the subdivisions of Crestview and Kulan. It is bordered by the Whitehorse ridings of Porter Creek Centre, Porter Creek South, Takhini-Kopper King, and Riverdale North, as well as the rural ridings of Lake Laberge and Kluane. Jim Kenyon is a Canadian politician, who represented the electoral district of Porter Creek North in the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 2002 to 2011. He is a member of the Yukon Party. Don Inverarity
Don Inverarity is a Canadian politician, who represented the electoral district of Porter Creek South in the Yukon Legislative Assembly from 2006 to 2011. He is a member of the Yukon Liberal Party. Political career Elected in the 2006 Yukon election for Porter Creek South, Inverarity retained the seat for the Liberals following the retirement of former Liberal leader and Yukon Premier Pat Duncan from politics. Duncan, a three term incumbent, had held the seat since 1996. Inverarity served as an Official Opposition critic for Justice, Highways & Public Works, Economic Development, and Workers' Compensation Board portfolios. He was also a member of the Public Accounts Committee and Human Rights Act Review. During his time as MLA, Inverarity pushed successfully for the Yukon Government to update the Yukon Driver's License, due to concerns that the licenses were not considered an acceptable form of identification in other jurisdictions and were prone to forgery.

Pelly-Nisutlin (electoral District)
Pelly-Nisutlin is an electoral district which returns a member (known as an MLA) to the Legislative Assembly of the Yukon Territory in Canada. It was created in 2002 out of the districts of Faro and Ross River-Southern Lakes. The riding includes the communities of Teslin, Faro, Ross River, Little Salmon, and Johnsons Crossing. It encompasses the traditional territory of the Teslin Tlingit Council and the Ross River Dena Council of the Kaska Dena.
