The 32nd Robert Awards ceremony was held on 1 February 2015 in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark. Organized by the Danish Film Academy, the awards honoured the best in Danish and foreign film of 2014. Lars Hjortshøj
Lars Hjortshøj (born 3 June 1967 in Hinnerup) is a Danish stand-up comedian and television and radio host. He has taken part in many Danish shows, including '' Casper & Mandrilaftalen'' and in the sit-com '' Langt fra Las Vegas''. As of February 2006 Lars Hjortshøj is still co-host in Radio 100FM's morning show ''Morgenhyrderne'' along with Lasse Rimmer and Andrea Elisabeth Rudolph. The Robert Award for Best Screenplay ( da, Robert Prisen for årets manuskript) is one of the merit awards presented by the Danish Film Academy at the annual Robert Awards ceremony. The award has been handed out since 1984, but except in 1991 and 1993. On two occasions, in 2005 and in 2015, the Academy handed out two awards in the category, one for best original screenplay ( da, Årets originale manuskript), and one for best adapted screenplay ( da, Årets adapterede manuskript). When Animals Dream
''When Animals Dream'' (originally titled as ''Når dyrene drømmer'') is a 2014 Danish horror drama film, and the feature film directorial debut of Jonas Alexander Arnby. The film had its world premiere on 19 May 2014 at the Cannes Film Festival and stars Sonia Suhl as a teenager that discovers that she is transforming into a werewolf. Plot Marie (Sonia Suhl) is a shy sixteen-year-old growing up in a remote fishing village in Denmark where she lives with her father Thor (Lars Mikkelsen) and mother (Sonja Richter), who is catatonic and confined to a wheelchair. The Sabines (; lat, Sabini; it, Sabini, all exonyms) were an Italic people who lived in the central Apennine Mountains of the ancient Italian Peninsula, also inhabiting Latium north of the Anio before the founding of Rome. The Sabines divided into two populations just after the founding of Rome, which is described by Roman legend. The division, however it came about, is not legendary. The population closer to Rome transplanted itself to the new city and united with the preexisting citizenry, beginning a new heritage that descended from the Sabines but was also Latinized. Silent Heart
''Silent Heart'' ( da, Stille hjerte, Quiet heart) is a 2014 Danish drama film directed by Bille August, and starring Ghita Nørby, Morten Grunwald, Paprika Steen, and Jens Albinus. Danica Curcic
Danica Curcic ( sr-cyrl, Даница Ћурчић, sr-latn, Danica Ćurčić) is a Serbs, Serbian-Danes, Danish actress. Biography Curcic was born in Belgrade. At the age of one, she moved to Copenhagen with her family where her father worked at the Yugoslavian embassy. Danica Curcic attended Sankt Annæ Gymnasium before obtaining a bachelor's degree in film and media studies from the University of Copenhagen. She then spent a year in California where she took acting classes at the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre before enrolling at the Danish National School of Performing Arts, graduating in 2012. ''The Absent One'' ( da, Fasandræberne), also known as ''Department Q: The Absent One'', is a 2014 Danish crime mystery film directed by and co-written by Nikolaj Arcel and Rasmus Heisterberg, based on Jussi Adler-Olsen's novel of the same name. Fares Fares (; born 29 April 1973) is a Swedish-Lebanese actor of Assyrian descent. Early life Fares was born in Beirut, Lebanon. His younger brother is director Josef Fares, and he has four sisters. In 1987, when Fares was 14 years old, his family moved to Sweden, residing in Örebro. They moved to escape the Lebanese Civil War and chose Sweden because they had relatives who had already lived there. Fares says he learned Swedish within three months of living in Sweden.
